Nestled on nearly four wooded and pastoral acres, the Villa is flanked by two small brooks that peacefully meander yearround. The land is also dotted with a small pond, which is a great backdrop for summer picnics—and a popular meeting place for animals throughout the seasons.

Chipmunks, squirrels, numerous birds (to include woodpeckers and hawks), deer, woodchucks and raccoons call the Villa home. Wander the grounds at your own risk, or play it safe and spend the afternoon lounging by our 40 foot pool. It's the perfect answer to the summer heat and comes equipped with a graceful bluestone deck.

Depending on the season, you'll enjoy hiking nearby trails, biking the area's quiet country streets or just taking in the scenery (magnificent yearround). When you've finished navigating the terrain, feel free to retreat to our barbeque area for a do-it-yourself outdoor feast.
